Resting In Our Sovereign God

You and I live in a fallen and sinful world. Many of us have experienced the power of the sword of the tongue through slander, false accusations, mockery for faithfulness to Christ, etc... Psalm 4 speaks to how we as Christians can rest in our sovereign God amidst distress and great affliction, especially when we are prone to seek our identity in the opinions or approval of man rather than in God and what He says about us to be true.
